This meeting allows us to get to know each other, discuss your vision and expectations, and ensure that we are the right fit for capturing your wedding or event. We can arrange a meeting either through a video call, or we would be delighted to welcome you to our studio located in Carlingford (North-west of Sydney’s metropolitan) area. How can we secure our wedding date?
Securing us for your wedding date is a straightforward process. Once you have received our pricing guide and had an initial chat with us to ensure we are the right fit for your needs, the next step is to officially book our services. To do so, we will provide you with a quote from our booking system.
To secure your wedding date, we require a deposit of $500 along with a signed contract. This deposit ensures that we reserve the date exclusively for you and confirms our commitment to being there to capture your special day. The remaining balance is then due two weeks prior to your wedding. Once we have received the deposit and the signed contract, your wedding date will be officially secured, and we can begin planning and preparing to capture your beautiful moments. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to ensure availability and avoid any potential conflicts with other bookings.
Will you provide guidance for our wedding schdeule?
We are more than happy to provide guidance and share our expertise to help you create a timeline that maximizes the photography opportunities while allowing for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
During our discussions, we will take into consideration various factors such as the ceremony, reception, desired locations for the photoshoot, and the lighting conditions at different times of the day. We will work closely with you to understand your preferences and priorities, ensuring that we allocate sufficient time for each aspect of your wedding day.

Will you back-up of the photos?
We have a robust backup system to ensure the safety of your photos. Our professional-grade cameras have dual card slots, instantly creating a backup as we capture your wedding. Immediately after your wedding, we back up your photos onto two external hard drives. Additionally, we utilize secure cloud storage, allowing remote access and protecting your images from hardware failure or damage. We retain all photos for 12 months and keep multiple copies. We highly recommend creating your own backups to further safeguard your cherished memories. With our comprehensive backup measures, your photos are well-protected for generations to come.
Will you travel for our wedding?
We are more than willing to travel to photograph your wedding. We have experience capturing weddings throughout NSW. If you have a destination in mind, please let us know, and we will provide you with a customized quote based on your specific location. We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to capture your special day, regardless of the location.
How long does it takes to receive my photos?
The turnaround time for receiving your photos after the wedding day typically takes approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your edited photos after the wedding day. During this time, we carefully curate and select the best images from the event, apply necessary adjustments, and enhance them to meet our professional standards. We take pride in delivering a final collection that showcases the beauty and emotion of your special day.
